President Lynette Hayes called the meeting to order and opened with a poem. The minutes from the November 9,2011 meeting were approved.

Treasurer Joanne Acinger-Vancas reported a checking account balance of $4713.20 and a savings account balance of $18329.80.

Updates were submitted by the following standing committees:
Funeral Lunches - Janet Stuke One Funeral lunch was prepared for approximately 80 people.
Prayer Shawls - no report
Hospitality - two cards sent
Quilters - Janet Stuke The baby quilt is on the frame. Janet is piecing together the top for the large quilt now.

Reviewed correspondence - Several Thank-you Notes were passed around. The Korb November newsletter and Maryknoll magazine received will be posted on the bulletin board.

Discussion of new ways to update the list of Altar Society members and Funeral dinners phone list took place. Possibly making out invitations on a 3 X 5 card to be passed out after the masses. No Motions were made at this time.

A Ceremony was held for Installation of New Officers. The officers for the year 2012 are as follows:
President - Donna Somers
Vice President - Janet Stuke
Treasurer - Joanne Acinger-Vancas
Secretary - Kathy Stockman

A big Thank-you was extended to Lynette Hayes and Stephanie Rawlings who stepped down from their positions. Their service in the past years is deeply appreciated.

President Lynette Hayes closed with a Hail Mary and the meeting was adjourned. Those present enjoyed cake and ice cream following the meeting.
Next meeting will be held on February 8, 2012 @ 6:30 pm with all women of the parish cordially invited to attend.

President Lynette Hayes called the meeting to order and opened with a prayer.

The minutes from the September 14, 2011 meeting were approved with an amended “next meeting” date.

Treasurer Joanne Acinger-Vancas reported a checking account balance of $9022.51 and a savings account balance of $18329.80

Peggy reported that they had 10 baby blankets and 8 or 9 prayer shawls.

Pastoral Council Representative – Elaine Schuler
Elaine reported that the Altar Society is to host donuts and coffee after both masses on January 8th. Lynette Hayes volunteered to be “Project Manager” and Elaine Schuler and Joanne Acinger-Vancas graciously volunteered to assist.

Bazaar Committee –
  • Committee reported that the Bazaar was a huge success again this year. A big “Thank You” goes out to everyone that helped make this year’s bazaar happen, without all of your support and generosity the bazaar would not be possible!!
  • Discussed feedback and additional ideas for next year’s bazaar.
  • Joanne Acinger-Vancas presented members with a Cash Flow report of the 2011 Bazaar.

Old Business
  • The Motion was passed to donate $250 this quarter to the Korb’s personal account for their ministry.
  • Peggy DeHoff reported on the upcoming Confirmation reception on November 30th. MaryAnn Austin is to make cakes and purchase supplies for punch, for an estimated 300 guests. Volunteers to serve Confirmation reception are Sharon Edmonds, MaryAnn Austin, Janet Stuke, Peggy DeHoff, and Lynette Hayes.

New Business
  • The Motion was passed to donate $100 to the youth group as prize money for their January 2011 bingo fundraiser.
  • Officers for the 2012 to 2013 term were elected as follows: President = Donna Somers and Treasurer = Joanne Acinger-Vancas. Kathy Stockman was appointed as Secretary to finish the remaining 2011 to 2012 term of office. {The Vice President and Secretary will be elected at the November 2012 meeting.}
  • The Motion was passed to donate $3000 now (with the plan to revisit the option of donating more in a few months) to the Pastoral Council to apply to the building fund due to loss of income for 10:30 AM Mass on Bazaar weekend.
  • The Motion was passed to give gifts of appreciation to the staff as last year. Joanne Acinger-Vancas to purchase gift for Father Mark.
  • The Motion was passed to give Christmas fruit baskets to Parish homebound. Connie Putthoff volunteered to purchase fruit baskets and have delivered.
  • The Motion was passed for Peggy DeHoff to purchase two new steamer pans for the kitchen.

One luncheon served consisting of approximately 210 guests.

Peggy reported that they were still short on baby quilts.

Elaine reported that two cards were sent out, still ok on supplies.

Quilters – Janet Stuke
Janet reported that they were finishing up a couple of small quilts for the Country Store at the bazaar. Large quilt is finished and ready to go.

Pastoral Council Representative – Elaine Schuler
Elaine reported that the donut and coffee after the masses on September 4th was a success. Altar Society is to host donuts and coffee after both masses on October 2nd . Elaine requested that there be two volunteers to help serve – Lynette & Neil Hayes, along with Elaine Schuler graciously volunteered.

Bazaar Committee – Janet Stuke
  • Sign-up is going well – still plenty of room for parishioners to volunteer a small portion of their time for such a great parish event. Sign up sheets will be posted at each entrance.
  • Peggy DeHoff reported that all food has been ordered, and that turkey pick up will be Monday, October 3rd from 3-6 pm at Countrymart. Connie Putthoff and Elaine Standish volunteered to pass out the turkeys.
  • Still plenty of raffle tickets to sell, if anyone needs more tickets they are located on the table in the hallway.
  • Ed Standish will be putting up the Bazaar sign September 24th.
  • Betty Bremenkamp is sending out bazaar announcement to other parishes.

Old Business
  • JoAnne Acinger-Vancas reported the Knights of Columbus and the Pastoral Council have agreed to each go in a third of the cost for the new tables for the bazaar. Motion was passed for Altar Society to contribute their third, totaling $156.33.
  • The Motion was passed to host a cake and punch reception November 30th for Confirmation. Volunteers to serve confirmation reception are Sharon Edmonds, MaryAnn Austin, Janet Stuke, and Peggy DeHoff.

New Business
  • The motion was passed to purchase the larger handled bags for carryout dinners for the bazaar. Pricing for these bags are $67 for 200 count. Stephanie Rawlings will place order through Uline.
  • Peggy DeHoff will be cleaning out refrigerators, freezers, and getting things organized in the kitchen and ready for the bazaar on September 23rd from Noon to ?. Anyone that can come in and help during that time would be greatly appreciated.
  • Connie Putthoff and Elaine Standish volunteered to serve on nominating committee for election of President and Secretary.
  • The motion was passed to donate $250 this quarter to the Korbs personal account for their ministry.
  • The motion was passed to donate $100 to the Sisters of Perpetual Adoration.

Peggy reported that they were short on baby quilts and distributed one prayer shawl.

Hospitality – Elaine Standish
Elaine reported one card sent.

Pastoral Council Representative – Sharon Edmonds
Pastoral Council will be hosting donuts and coffee after the 8:00am and 10:30 am masses on September 4th, the Council is asking for the Altar Society to provide donuts and coffee for both masses on October 2nd.
Clean up day for the Parish will be on October 22nd.

Bazaar Committee – Janet Stuke
  • Charlene Kimberlin will be heading up a “Themed Basket” silent auction at the bazaar. All proceeds from this will go to pay off Parish building debt. Anyone wishing to donate a themed basket or if anyone has any ideas they can get in touch with Charlene Kimberlin at 845-2096.
  • Committee is currently contacting last year’s supervisors to see if they would be willing to retain their duty again this year.
  • Sign-up sheets for the workers will go up the weekend of September 10th. We will have sign-up sheets at both entrances.
  • Report of prizes donated so far: double rocker, gas card, quilt, baby quilt, afghan, dog obedience training, JC Penney gift cards, cash prizes.
  • Tickets for the raffle will be distributed Labor Day weekend.
  • Peggy DeHoff has graciously agreed to take care of ordering the food again this year.

  • The motion was passed regarding funeral dinners that the family be asked to fund the cost of the meat and rolls, and the Altar Society will furnish everything else that is needed.
  • JoAnne Acinger-Vancas is going to ask the Knights of Columbus and the Parish Council to help split the costs of the new tables that were purchased for the bazaar.


New Business
  • The motion was passed to donate $300 for a cash prize for the bazaar raffle.
  • The motion was passed to provide donuts and coffee after both masses on October 2nd.
  • Confirmation has been set for Wednesday, November 30th, discussion was tabled for September meeting.

  • Members volunteering to bring cookies to Father Marks Anniversary reception were: Sharon Drost, Elaine Standish, and Lynette Hayes.

New Busineess
  • Kathy Stockman made Motion to give $100 to Elaine Standish for supplies for the hospitality cards, Sharon Edmonds seconded Motion, Motion passed.
  • Discussion on baskets for bazaar tabled until August meeting.
  • Kathy Stockman made Motion to accept the following pricing for Bazaar dinner tickets: Adults $9.00, Children 3-12 $5.00, Children under 2 free, Family living in one household $30.00. Kathleen Davis seconded Motion, Motion passed.
  • Discussion on Funeral Dinners tabled until August meeting.
  • Discussed additional need for 4’ x 6’ tables, discussion was tabled until August meeting.

Menu to be served has been selected. The meal to be served will consist of a stuffed chicken breast on a bed of pasta with vegetable and dessert. There is a signup sheet on the bulletin board in the hallway for anyone wishing to help with the luncheon or donate items.

  • Lynette Hayes spoke with the Co-President of Holy Angels Altar Society and are working on hosting a combined retreat for fall. If anyone knows of any retreats or trips coming up that would be great for the ladies of the parishes to participate in please let her know.

New Business
  • Betty Bremenkamp reported pricing for the Pictoral Bibles for the 1st Communicants were $9.95 each through I. Donnelly. Kris Bailie is going to check at Soul Supply in Leavenworth.
  • Betty Bremenkamp to order First Communion Cake.
  • Volunteers for the First Communion Reception were Joanne Acinger-Vancas, Janet Stuke, and Lynette Hayes.
  • Volunteers for the Graduation Reception were Betty Bremenkamp, and Kris Bailie.

Time is running out for this years Bazaar. In order for the Bazaar to take place, we need someone to come forth to Chair this great event, or be on the committee. We need 2-3 people to serve on this important committee. The Bazaar is our biggest fund raising event of the year for our Parish. If anyone is interested or know of anyone interested in being on the Bazaar Committee please contact Lynette Hayes at 913-845-2013. Time is moving fast, and we need to try and have the first meeting set up for May.

Korbs Reception Committee – Peggy DeHoff
Refreshments will be served from 5:00 -7:00 p.m. and from 7:00-7:30 p.m. there will be a presentation from the Korbs. Reception is open to the community. Peggy made a display board with information to be set out at the Knights of Columbus fish fry.

Good Shepherd Luncheon Committee – Donna Somers
Two menus have been submitted to the Good Shepherd Staff, they will review the two options and get back to the committee on which meal they would like served.

Old Business
  • Motion was passed to order the same number of calendars as last year. An order will be placed for 350 calendars. Attendees of the meeting passed around various calendar formats and selected the one to be ordered.
  • Connie Putthoff reported that the first “Pitch Party” was a success. Next ”Pitch Party” is to be held on March 12th – tacos to be served at 5:30 p.m. with game to follow after dinner.
  • Peggy DeHoff reported that the new server albs were ordered and should be here by Easter. Peggy also received a donation to order two more albs, making it a total of eight albs ordered, two in each size.
  • Next months meeting on April 13, 2011 will begin at 6:00 p.m. due to mass being held at 7:00 p.m.

New Business
  • Motion was passed to donate $250 this quarter to the Korbs ministry, with the intent to revisit donations on a quarterly basis.
  • Motion was passed to continue with the gift of the children’s pictorial bible for the 1st Communicants. Betty Bremenkamp is to get pricing for the bibles and report back at April meeting
  • Motion was passed to provide a cake and punch reception for the 1st Communicants and their families following the ceremony on May 1, 2011.
  • If anyone is interested or know of anyone interested in being on the Bazaar Committee please contact Lynette Hayes at 913-845-2013.

Old Business
  • Connie Putthoff reported that she delivered a total of 5 fruit baskets to the shut ins for Christmas.
  • Committee was formed to plan Good Shepherd Luncheon that is scheduled for April 28, 2011. Volunteers were Wilma Plake, Kathy Stockman, and Joanne Acinger-Vancas – they will come up with two menus for the Good Shepherd volunteers to choose from by March 1, 2011. **MaryAnn Austin did not attend the meeting, but has also volunteered to be on the committee.
  • Committee was formed to plan reception for the Korbs on April 10, 2011. Volunteers were Peggy DeHoff, Betty Bremenkamp, Connie Putthoff, and Janet Stuke. **MaryAnn Austin did not attend the meeting, but has also volunteered to be on the committee.

New Business
  • Motion was passed to extend $15 scholarships to any women parishioner in order to subsidize the cost of one religious retreat per calendar year.
  • Motion was passed to purchase 6 new server albs – two each of sizes 10, 12, and 14. Peggy DeHoff to purchase the new albs and submit expenses.
  • Motion was passed to move March Meeting to March 2, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. due to scheduling conflict.
  • Motion was passed to move the time of April 13, 2011 meeting from 6:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. due to Mass being held at 7:00 p.m.
  • Wilma Plake is organizing a Lenten study group on the book “The Power of the Cross” by Michael Dubruiel. This book covers the full 40 days of Lent and is a wonderful study guide. If interested please contact Wilma Plake by February 23, 2011 as she will be putting in the book order by that date. If you don’t wish to participate in the group study you are still welcome to order the book for a self study. Wilma Plake 913-683-1277.
  • Wilma Plake is also looking for any ideas for Lenten activities, such as speakers, etc. If you have any ideas, please contact Wilma Plake at 913-683-1277.
  • Connie Putthoff is looking for anyone that has card tables that they no longer need and would like to donate for their monthly Pitch party. If you have a card table that you would like to get rid of please contact Connie at 845-2905.

Old Business
  • Reviewed topics and upcoming 2011 events that were discussed at the Altar Society Board Meeting held on January 5th.
  • Discussed goal of donating to Korb’s Ministry on a quarterly basis – will revisit in March.

New Business
  • A request was made by the Good Shepherd Thrift Store for the Altar Society to cater their employee appreciation dinner on Thursday April 28th.
  • Motion was passed to host the luncheon for the Good Shepherd Center Thursday, April 28th, pending building approval from the Pastoral Council. Janet Stuke to get with Pastoral Council for building approval.
  • Discussed ideas and suggestions for ways to reach out to Parish members on a more personal level.
  • Discussed ways that we can be more involved and give more support to the Good Shepherd Center. Janet Stuke will present us with any needs that should arise.
  • Lynette Hayes is to follow up with Holy Angels President to see about getting with our Altar Society to host a combined retreat for Spring. Suggestion was the Little Sisters program.
  • February meeting we will revisit Calendar Orders. Joann Acinger-Vancas to look into alternative calendar options; bigger/clearer print, more space to write.
  • Discussed the need to find alternative solutions to reduce cost of the funeral dinners served.
  • Discussion of a possible reception for the Korbs while they are home in April. Lynnette Hayes is to get with Cindy to verify and firm up date and time.
  • Betty Bremenkamp volunteered to start posting Altar Society correspondence such as needs, programs, retreats, etc on the bulletin board.
  • We will be moving our meeting space to the classroom in the sanctuary until after May due to scheduling conflict.
  • Lynnette Hayes is actively searching for this years’ Bazaar Chairman. If you would like to volunteer for this amazing opportunity please contact Lynnette at 913-845-2013. In March they will start actively looking for committee members.

  • Volunteers needed immediately for the Bazaar – we still have a large number of spots left unfilled – please sign up ASAP to help that day so that we can continue with this successful event.
  • Peggy DeHoff requested that the kitchen clean up be held earlier than the Parish October 2 date. Peggy will organize this.
  • Will need apple, cherry, and pumpkin pies, along with sugar-free desserts.
  • Elaine Standish has signs for different areas
  • Passed around new take-out order form
  • Age correction for helpers at bazaar – helpers need to be 14 years of age and over
  • Meals to be delivered to shut-ins – Betty Bremenkamp reported two.
  • Kerry Putthoff has volunteered to deliver shut-in meals for the Bazaar.

New Business
  • Day of Boundless Joy Mini Retreat scheduled for Saturday, October 23 at Savior Pastoral Center. Cost is $40. For more information and to sign up contact the parish office.
  • The motion was passed to extend $20 scholarships to any parishioner in order to subsidize the cost of one religious retreat per calendar year.
  • Next meeting to be held in the back of the sanctuary near the kitchen as classrooms will be utilized.
  • Discussion of compensation for the loss of collection revenue for the 10:30 Mass that will not be held on October 10th tabled until next meeting.
  • Connie Putthoff and Peggy Heinen volunteered to serve on Nominating Committee for election of Treasurer and Vice President positions.

  • All reported is subject to further deliberation by committee until final meeting in September.
  • Committee is going through volunteer lists and calling past supervisors to get them set up, then will go through list and call on past volunteers, then will create sign up poster for positions not filled.
  • Bill and Tammy Behm volunteered to train kitchen staff on using kitchen equipment.
  • Committee agreed that they will have the Country Store, Raffle, and this year at the request of the Pastoral Council a silent auction will be added to the bazaar. Items for the silent auction consist of: a painting, quilt, and some additional odds and ends that the council comes up with.
  • Raffle item donations will be greatly appreciated. If anyone has an item they would like to donate please contact Betty Bremenkamp or Joanne Acinger-Vancas.
  • Committee will be ordering the same Styrofoam food containers for carry out orders. Elaine and Ed Standish are donating strong handled paper bags to place carry out orders in.

Old Business
  • Peggy DeHoff reported that a holy water bucket & sprinkler, holy water fonts, altar candles, and patens were purchased for the church by the Bob Knapp memorial donation that the Altar Society received from the Knapp family. Peggy reported that there is $187.98 left to purchase something needed for the altar.
  • The motion was passed to donate $250 this quarter to the Korbs personal account for their ministry.

New Business
  • A request was received by the Altar Society to purchase 2 large ice cream scoops for the kitchen. Kris Bailie graciously volunteered to donate one, and decision to purchase another one was tabled until need was accessed.
  • All ladies of the Altar Society are welcome to stay after the August 11th meeting for an evening of crafting. Elaine Standish will be guiding us as we put together Frankenstein candy bags to sell in the country store at the parish bazaar.
  • We will be needing donations of child appropriate candy (dum-dums, smarties, gum, miniature candy bars, etc) to be used for the Frankenstein candy bags, if you would like to donate candy, you can bring it to the August 11th meeting, or you can drop it by the parish office.
  • We will be having our next monthly meeting at the regular scheduled time, as the Leavenworth County Fair parade will be held on Tuesday this year.
  • Betty Bremenkamp will list in the bulletin, and add to Father’s list of announcements that we will be taking donations for the bazaar raffle.
  • Connie Putthoff graciously volunteered to staple raffle ticket bundles for the bazaar raffle.
  • Discussed various ideas for fundraisers: once a month Pitch party, bake sale at the Lenten fish fry, biscuit & gravy or burrito breakfasts.

  • First Confirmation and Graduation receptions went very well with good attendance numbers.

  • The Bazaar committee will have their first meeting, May 23rd. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions for this years bazaar please contact Lynette Hayes at 845-2013 so that they can be placed on the agenda for the meeting.
  • The motion was passed to give $100 to the Pastoral Council to be used for their bingo prize fund.

  • Betty Bremenkamp reported that the First Communicant bibles were $9.95 through I.Donnelly.
  • Fine tuned details for First Communion reception on April 25th: Betty Bremenkamp to order cake, Kathy Stockman to recruit 1st grade parents to donate cookies, PeggyDeHoff to pick up mints, nuts, and flowers, Stephanie Rawlings to take care of punch. Setup and preparation will begin at 1:20 P.M.
  • Fine tuned details for Graduation reception on May 2nd: Betty Bremenkamp to order cake and take care of punch, Donna Somers to recruit Junior parents to help setup and serve.
  • Bazaar Committee has now been established with the following volunteers: Ruby Rorabacher, MaryAnn Austin, Elaine Standish, Ed Standish, and Lynette Hayes. Communication will be sent out regarding first meeting.
  • The motion was passed to donate $100 this quarter to the Korbs personal account for their ministry.

New Business
  • The motion was passed to decline the money making opportunity to cater the Teacher Appreciation Dinner.
  • Peggy DeHoff is going to look into the needs of the church and discuss with the Knapp family which item they would like their donation to go towards in Bob’s Memory.
  • The motion was passed to give $50 to Elaine Standish to purchase supplies for the hospitality cards.

  • Connie Putthoff reported on graduation gift ideas from Soul Supply in Leavenworth.
  • The motion was passed, due to duplication of efforts, and budget cutbacks, that we eliminate the extra expenditure of high school graduation gifts this year.
  • Lynette Hayes reported that we have one volunteer so far for the Bazaar Committee: Ruby Rorabacher. If anyone is interested in volunteering or know of someone that would make a great volunteer please contact Lynette Hayes…… 913-845-2013. We need to have the committee formed by May.
  • Discussed various ideas regarding budget and cost cutting measures – if anyone has any ideas, please bring them to the April meeting – we would love to hear them.
  • We will be voting on the quarterly donation for the Korbs at our April meeting.
  • Meeting scheduled for July will stay the same – due to scheduling conflicts we had discussed changing the July meeting to be held in June but those conflicts have since been resolved, and the schedule remains unchanged.

New Business
  • The motion was passed to continue with the gift of the children’s pictorial bible for the 1st Communicants.
  • Lynette Hayes and Betty Bremenkamp to check pricing for 1st Communicants bibles through I.Donnelly and Soul Supply.
  • The motion was passed to provide a reception for the 1st communicants and their families following the ceremony on April 25, 2010. The reception will consist of cake, punch, mints, and nuts. We will fine tune everything at April’s meeting.
  • The motion was passed to provide a Graduation reception for the high school graduates and their families following the 10:30 a.m. mass on Sunday, May 2, 2010. The reception will consist of cake, punch, mints, and nuts. Shari Petree to send out letter to this year’s Junior class parents for volunteers to help at the reception.
  • Betty Bremenkamp reported 15 first communicants and 20 high school graduates.
  • Anyone wishing to help setup for the Easter Vigil is welcome. Peggy DeHoff and any volunteers will be setting up Saturday, April 3, 2010 starting at 9:00 a.m..

  • Spiritual One Day Retreat at Mount St. Scholastica in Atchison. Brigid of Ireland; Celtic Poet, Healer, Soul Friend on Saturday, March 13, 2010 from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Details posted on Bulletin Board. Anyone wishing to attend this retreat should call Lynette Hayes by March 4th……913-845-2013 to arrange for a ride.
  • Kathy Stockman to gather information for the possibility of a late summer or early fall trip to tour Conception Abbey.
  • The motion was passed for Hospitality Committee to send cards for the following: welcoming of new parishioners, get well wishes for parishioners on the prayer list, and couples getting married in the parish.

New Business
  • The motion was passed to start the March 10th meeting at 6:15 p.m. due to mass that evening at 7:00 p.m.
  • Proposed a Spiritual Committee to look into retreats and spiritual growth opportunities. JoAnne Acinger-Vancas and Kathy Stockman graciously volunteered to head that up.
  • Proposed a Social Committee to plan an event for the woman of the parish to get better acquainted and bring more involvement into the Altar Society. Julie Welsh and Stephanie Rawlings graciously volunteered to head that up.
  • Need to establish Bazaar Committee, looking for volunteers. Lynette will post flyer on Bulletin Board and will have posted in the bulletin. Please contact Lynette Hayes if interested in being on this committee…..913-845-2013.
  • The motion was passed to order 350 calendars for the parish through a different company this year – saving 42% of what they spent last year.
  • Betty to let last years’ calendar company know that we will not be reordering from them this year.
  • Discussion of having a June meeting instead of July, due to scheduling conflicts was tabled until next meeting.
  • Discussion of alternative ideas for 1st Communion and Graduation gifts was tabled until next meeting. Connie Putthoff graciously volunteered to stop by Soul Supply in Leavenworth to check out options and pricing.

Working on the Knights of Columbus baby shower quilts.

Correspondence to the Altar Society was reviewed.

Old Business
  • The motion was passed to approve expenditures for the Christmas Gifts to the shut-ins.
  • The motion was passed to reimburse Elaine Standish $50 for expenses incurred for the cards to send to parishioners, and $50 to pay for postage and supplies for this upcoming year.
  • The motion was passed to donate $250 this quarter to the Korbs ministry, with the intent to revisit donations on a quarterly basis.
  • The motion was passed to pay the ACCW dues of $75.
  • Discussion of a group outing for spring was tabled until next meeting.

New Business
  • Installations of the new Officers for the 2010 to 2011 term were: Treasurer = Joanne Acinger-Vancas, Secretary = Stephanie Rawlings.
  • The motion was passed to donate $35,000 to the church’s building fund from the Altar Society savings account.
  • Joanne Acinger-Vancas will gather more information on a possible one day workshop on St. Bridget. Ideas for other social gatherings were exchanged.
  • The motion was passed to donate a $50 gas card to one of the parishioners that needed assistance to get back and forth to therapy.
  • Discussion of distribution of cards sent from the Altar Society was tabled until next meeting.
  • The remainder of the evening ladies enjoyed making cards to send to parishioners with the help of Hospitality Chairman, Elaine Standish.


President Lynette Hayes closed with a prayer and declared the meeting adjourned.
